The Blue Jays allowed 7 unearned runs in the first 6 innings to give Jamie Ybarra a 10-4 victory over Mark Eichorn. Chris Peterson led the Indians going 3-for-4 with a double and a homer while Tony Kephart, Mike Smith, and Jay Aguilar went 2-for-4. Gino Panelli led the Blue Jays going 3-for-4 with a double and a homer and Mark Eichorn and Doan Sabajo went 2-for-4.

The Cardinals spotted the Braves 6 runs in the first but battled back to win their third straight Championship! The Cardinals were led by Hancock (3-5, HR, 5 RBI), Apodaca (2-4, 8 strong innings pitched), Girard (2-4), Trees (2-4), Bunsey (2-4). The Braves were led by Ramirez (2-5), Cordeiro (3-4), Casillas (3-4, 3 RBI, 3 Runs, HR), Lee (2-5), Rosales (3-4, 4 RBI).

Indians II Repeat, Defeat Diamondbacks for 2006 Central Division Championship, 8-4.

The season finale initially belonged to the starting pitchers with Biernat (Indians) and Sherman (Diamondbacks) silencing opposing bats through the first four innings. In the 5th inning the Indians broke the scoreless deadlock with a run. It was a lead they would not surrender and when the dust settled it was an 8-4 victory for the Tribe ? their second championship title in as many years. The Indians were led by Barragan (2-3, SB, RBI), Ashley (2-4, 2B, 2 RBI), Penland (3-4), Qualls (2-3, SB). The Diamondbacks were led by Suess (2-4, 2B), Sherman (2-4, 2B, RBI), Frensley (2-3, 2B, 2 RBI), Antonellis (2-4).
