The Sabajo 2nd inning slam staked the Blue Jays to a 6-0 lead and they never looked back.
Many thanks to Indian players Bobby Straight, Jamie Jones, and Jay Aguilar in particular for rescuing the field before we arrived. A monumental mow job was needed in the outfield. The dozens of huge piles were carted off with the help of all teams, and the game began late.

The level of play and intensity is in full playoff swing. This was an intense and well-played game.
The Indians always find a way to prevail, but the Blue Jays and the Tribe have had many great playoff games over the years, and this was another classic.
Jamie Ybarra and Dan Ferreira went the distance with each team turning 3 double plays.
The game started with a Mike Barnes solo home run followed by a Cliff Hall solo home run.
The Blue Jays went up 4-1 on a 2 out, 2 RBI triple by Eddy Gamez.
The Indians scored 3 in the bottom of the 8th on a lead off single by Mike Smith and key doubles by Jay Aguilar and Nelson Villanueva to take the lead 5-4.
Dan Ferreira led off the top of the 9th with a single and eventually scored on a double steal.
In the bottom of the 9th Jamie Jones lead off with a single, Cliff Hall walked and then the Blue Jay's turned another double play. Now with two outs, Jamie Ybarra drove a ball to the wall and plated Jamie Jones for the win.
