Good tight ballgame for the first five innings. The Blue Jays bats getting hot and timely hitting was the differnce in this game.

Mets are still a force to be reckoned with and they played with class.

It was a good day of baseball for both teams and the Mets are still a top tier and tough opponent.

The Blue Jays erased a 4-run deficit breaking the game open with 5 in the 5th. Donn Sabajo's 2-run double sparked the rally.

The A's Ryan Greel came into the game in the fourth inning and pitched the rest of the game, allowing just 2 hits, 1 Run, and striking out 3 to get the well earned win. A great close game.

Matt Orvick took the ball and went the distance for the Pirates and also had a good day at the plate.

The Pirates scored in 6 of the 7 innings played. With no fences at Fremont, both teams were robbed of HR's.

This game was a pitchers duel. The Cards broke through in the top of the 4th with one and added another in the 5th. The Pirates countered with one in the 5th and the 6th. With one out the bottom of the 7th and Justin Fish at 3rd, Ken Keating hits a walk off single to win the game.

Close game with the game scoreless until the 6th when each team scored 1 run to keep it locked.

The Astros pitcher kept the Cubs off balance. Cubs pitcher Joey Kies was amazing, finally getting 1 run of support in the 9th to get the win.

The whole Cubs team can thank Mclean for this game... again. Steve Mclean hit his second HR of the game with a 2-run shot that put the Cubs up for good in the bottom of the 5th.

Orioles manage to hold off the Rays, who managed to bring the tying runs to the plate in each of the final two innings.

O's pitching and sharp defense were the keys to this game as the O's managed to shut out the Rays.

A closely played contest up until the end. Davis pitched a complete game and the Phillies hit four homers to seal the deal.

N. Smith lead off the game for the Sox with a bomb to left center. The Sox never looked back. R. Lopez chipped in with his third grand slam in the past two seasons along with a spectacular defensive play in center. P. Scholz (Surfer Boy) kept up his aggressive play with a steal of home!

Jon Cannon pitched 8 innings and Steve Chase pitched the 9th for a 12-4 Giants win.

Mike Smith hit a 2-run homer in the 5th to put the game out of reach. Chris Denevi had a great game at the plate going 3-for-5 with 2 doubles to lead the Giants offense.

After being down all game, the Tigers put a rally together in the bottom of the sixth that started with leadoff man Brent McClintock. After Frank Melendez and Murray Brown get on Todd Leanus ripped an RBI double. Chris Rosa then hit a two-run single and quickly stole his way to third base. Bryan Venturini closed the rally with a two-run homer to give the Tigers a 7-4 lead going into the top of the seventh.

The Braves put a scare into the Tigers scoring two in the top of the seventh to cut the lead to one but left the tying run at second base.

Craig Jones gets his first win of the year pitching seven innings for a complete game.
