Held scoreless through 5 by Phil Lacki, the Blue Jays broke through in dramatic fashion. Down 5-0 in the top of the 6th, Sabajo led off with a homer, immediately followed by Gino Panelli's solo shot. Josh Sheehan, who came up big in Game One, made it 5-3 with an RBI single.
In the 7th, Mike Park led off with a perfect bunt, stole second, and Sabajo once again raked a low liner over the short porch in right to tie it at 5. Panelli then deposited one to left for the game winner.
The D'backs loaded the bases in the bottom of the 7th, but couldn't make a comeback of their own.

M's starter Derek St. Louis settled down after a shaky start to pitch dominant ball, while the M's tenacious offense, led by Pete Madden and Tony Lorensen, and improved defense, led the way.
