Hell of game that went extra's. Nick Taylor pitched 8 innings giving up 2 earned runs in a really well played game by both teams.

Tigers hit the ball hard and could of had a couple leave the yard but the De Anza field was not havin it. Good game overall.

Riall Moore had a big game going 2-for-3, with a strong start on the hill holding back a hard hitting Bosox club. Mike Smith finished it off with 2 shut-out innings. Ben Becchetti was 3-for-3, and Mark "Ironman" Craft caught all 16 innings on the day for the A's.

S. McClean started the game off with a first pitch home run and also helped with his stellar defense at third. In the bottom of the ninth with 2 outs and 2 runners in scoring position, made a diving stop to throw out the runner for the win. D. Headley pitched all nine giving up just one run and 4 hits. Great game Reds!

Apodaca and Hu combine for the victory. Cardinals bats remain hot as they battled a new and improved Orioles team. Game was much tighter then the score would indicate. Very good pitching by both squads.

Mitchell, Girard, and Prograce combine to hold a tough Orioles team to only 3 runs. Mitchell blasted a shot to left center to clear the bases in the fourth inning. Another quality game by both teams.

Both Games were very close.

Andy Rodriguez pitched every inning of both games for the undermanned Blue Jays who played with 9 players. A-Rod went the distance in a 1-run Game One loss and picked up the 5-4 victory in Game Two.

Down by a run in the the bottom of the 7th, the Blue Jays rallied with a pair of runs. Gino Panelli, Don Davenport, and Tim Erwin singled. Eddie Gamez walked and Jerry Hoffman hit a sacrifice fly which drove in the winning run.

Two hard fought games on a new field in windy conditions.
